Investing In Your Health

Many people believe holistic dental care is more expensive, but it can actually end up saving you money in the long run. With a focus on prevention and quality care not only will you save more money you will also save tooth structure and hopefully avoid costly problems that would show up in the future.

We are here to help bring awareness and educate based on our findings as it relates to your teeth and your overall health. We hope you will be able to make informed decisions and we will support you in finding solutions that work for you. We realize that dental care can be expensive which is why we offer financing options to help you prioritize your health. We know that investing in your teeth and mouth is an investment to your overall health.

If the treatment needs are not urgent we can also put together a plan that is a journey towards health that moves at your own pace and helps spread costs of dental treatment over time.

However, we will let you know if delaying treatment may result in more challenges or health compromises that would be better to avoid by providing you solutions with options based on your budget.

We offer third party financing with CareCredit and Cherry that offer plans with rates lower than traditional credit cards. This can help break payments up into manageable monthly expenses.

Insurance and Financial Information

We accept most private dental insurance plans that allow out-of-network coverage. For many plans, the percentage of coverage for in-network versus out-of-network may be the same or there may be a percentage difference that you should verify with your insurance company. We ask that you pay all fees at the time of service and as a courtesy to you we will submit your claim to your dental insurance company so that you can be reimbursed according to your plan’s permitted coverage.

We will do our best to help you maximize your dental benefits by submitting a preauthorization to estimate what your out of pocket expenses will be and will provide all supporting information they need for your reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to determine what your individual benefits cover. Many do cover care in our office but please check with them to verify.

Missed Appointment Fees

We take great care in preparing for your appointment and reserve your time just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we request 2 business days Monday-Thursday as notification. If this notice is not given you may lose any deposits placed to make the appointment and/or a fee of $100 or up to 20% of the appointment amount scheduled will be due. Please help us to serve you better by keeping your appointments and communicating any conflicts in scheduling ahead of time.

Late Fee Policy

If you have an outstanding balance and have received a statement from us it is due upon receipt. If a balance is past due by 30 days a 3% finance charge will be added each month past due and we will not be able to schedule for any additional treatment until the balance has been paid.
